Hampton by hilton bariloche

1. The information contained herein must be complied with in all areas of exclusive or common use located within the Hampton by Hilton Bariloche facilities, during your stay at the Hotel.

2. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

3. Lockdown periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply.

4. Plaza Restaurant: Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and according to availability.

5. The person who has made and paid for the experience can revoke their purchase and receive a refund within 10 (ten) days of making it by using the Cancellation Button.

6. The validity period for each experience is specified in the Terms and Conditions. Validity begins from the date of purchase. Once the validity period has expired, the customer or beneficiary will lose the right to use the purchased experience and will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Unless otherwise stated, once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

8. Stays: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

9. To add additional people to the experience, please check availability and extra charges by contacting our Reservations department: 54 9 2944 30-0337 or reservas@hamptonbariloche.com. Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

10. We are a pet-friendly hotel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The pet can be a dog or a cat.
  • Pets up to 20kg are welcome.
  • A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed.
  • A fee of US$50 VAT is charged.
  • Up-to-date vaccination certificate required, and please bring a leash.

Restaurant: Pets are not allowed. Guests who present a service pet identification certificate will be exempt from this fee.

11. Photo and video productions with professional equipment are not authorized. Booking a table at one of our restaurants or a room does not grant permission for photo and video productions (social, personal, for brands, etc.).

12. Guests and clients may not: cause, either directly or through persons for whom they are responsible, any type of disturbance to other guests, visitors, or third parties; engage in disorder, vandalism, hostile behavior, riots, notorious misconduct, breaches of order, or perform any act that may affect the tranquility, silence, rest, and privacy that guests expect during their stay at the Hotel. They may not remove any objects or property belonging to the Hotel, whether from their room or other areas, without the Hotel's express consent. Furthermore, they may not commit acts of violence, psychological or moral intimidation, harassment of any kind, make threats, whether justified or not, or perform any act, exclamation, or expression that affects the honor, prestige, or psychological and/or physical integrity of any recipient of these Regulations or any employee of the Hotel.

13. It is not permitted to bring into the Hotel, or consume within it, cigarettes, cigars, prohibited alcoholic beverages or substances prohibited by national or local legislation.

14. Minors are not allowed in guest rooms. All companions and/or visitors must present their identification and register at reception.

15. All children must remain permanently under the care of a responsible adult and must prove kinship, authorization to accompany them, guardianship or legal custody, etc.

16. Guests may not carry out, promote or encourage discriminatory acts against other guests, visitors or Hotel employees.

17. General dress codes apply to all visitors and/or guests: It is not permitted to walk around the Hotel with a bare torso or in swimwear. Any dress codes that may be required in specific areas of the Hotel, such as the Lobby and the Plaza Restaurant, must be respected.

18. Personal belongings: We kindly request that you keep your personal belongings in the public areas to avoid loss or theft. Please note that there is a safe in your room. The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or other damage.

19. Experiences should only be acquired by adults.

20. The products and experiences offered in the Online Store are intended for people over 18 years of age. Minors may access the services provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay or experience.

21. The establishment may require the presentation of valid documentation that proves the age of the guests at the time of use of the service.
