How do I redeem my voucher?
Once you have purchased the voucher, you must request availability and confirm your experience reservation through the corresponding contact method as per your purchase:

Validity periods and cancellation policies vary depending on each experience and were specified in each one at the time of purchase.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only offer payment through the MercadoPago payment gateway. The payment methods and financing options specified by MercadoPago are determined solely by MercadoPago and not by the hotel.
Can I get a refund?
To obtain a refund for your purchased voucher, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. In accordance with Resolution No. 424/2020 of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade of the Argentine Republic, we have made a cancellation button available on our website.
